Service & Support

FDA-registered service from factory-certified technicians, on a 48-hour clock.

What’s included

Four guarantees behind every Publicom program.

A health-monitoring station is only as good as the team behind it.

Here’s what comes with every unit.

Routine maintenance

Scheduled QA inspections by our factory-trained technicians, designed to follow FDA guidelines and other applicable government and industry standards.

48-hour emergency response

Every product is covered by our 48-hour emergency call response should a unit malfunction — on-site or remote, whichever gets you back up faster.

Factory-certified technicians

Service is performed by the same people who build the units. No third-party contractor middle layer between you and a fix.

FDA-aligned process

Service procedures are documented to FDA Section 510 standards, so audit trails and compliance reporting are part of the package.

How service works

Three steps from “something’s wrong” to “back online.”

Report it

Open a service request by phone or form. Tell us what you're seeing and the station's serial — that's all we need to triage.

We triage fast

A factory tech is in touch the same business day with a diagnosis: remote fix, sensor swap, or full on-site visit. No phone-tree maze.

On-site within 48 hours

If the issue can't be resolved remotely, a factory-certified technician is on-site within 48 hours — guaranteed, in writing, with every program.

FDA registration

Section 510 registered. On record with the FDA.
